I am looking desperately for an antique tool: Stanley Skew Plane…?

by on March 23, 2010

My boyfriend just took care of me after surgery, and I want to give him a present he really wants. A Stanley Skew Plane (not a block plane, rabbet plane, etc. etc. he said it's a "Skew" plane). I found one for a hundred dollars on ebay. Out of my price range right now. Where else can I look besides Ebay? This tool is an antique. I can't drive around until I heal. Any suggestions on sites? I've been searching for hours and hours. Thank you!

Trust me, I have googled, yahooed, etc. I just thought maybe someone knew of a woodworkers' website, but thanks for the advice.
